How to redeem a Mongil code

  1. Open the main menu

    Tap the menu icon in the top-right corner of the screen to bring up the main menu, then open Settings.

  2. Go to Other → Customer Support

    In Settings, select the "Other" tab along the top, then scroll down to the Customer Support section. The "Redemption Code" button sits at the bottom of that section.

  3. Paste the code and confirm

    Tap any code on this page to copy it, paste it into the redeem field, then tap Use and confirm. Codes are case-sensitive — always copy rather than retype. A successful redeem shows "Item has been sent."

  4. Claim from the in-game mailbox

    Rewards are delivered to your mailbox rather than your inventory. Open the mailbox and tap Claim All to deposit them into your account.

  5. On iOS? Use the official Netmarble redemption site

    iOS builds do not expose the in-game Redemption Code button. Open the official redemption site at coupon.netmarble.com/monster2 instead. Paste your Player ID into the Member code field (find it under Menu → Settings → Other → Player ID — note: this is the Player ID, not the Friend Code), enter the coupon code, and tap Use. Rewards are delivered via in-game mail.

This list is community-driven. Codes are added as they are announced by the developers or surfaced by players, and removed once the community reports them as expired. We do not re-test every code on a schedule — if a code on this page has stopped working, please tell us on Discord so it can be pulled. The freshness date at the top reflects the most recent edit to this list.

Are these Mongil: Star Dive codes still active?

The codes here were known to be working when last updated (see the freshness date at the top). Codes can be retired by the developers without notice — if one stops working, please let us know on our Discord and we will pull it from the list.

Why does a code say "invalid" when I paste it?

The most common causes are: (1) capitalisation — codes are case-sensitive, copy rather than retype; (2) region — some codes are server- or region-specific; (3) account gating — the redeem screen typically unlocks only after the prologue. If none of those explain it, the code may simply have expired — flag it on Discord so we can update.

How often do new Mongil codes drop?

New codes are usually announced during developer livestreams and via the official Mongil Discord announcements channel. The list here is updated as the community surfaces new codes.

Can I redeem the same code on two accounts?

Yes — codes are tied to the account, not the device. Each code can be redeemed once per account, so multiple accounts on the same device can each claim the full set.

Where do you source these codes?

Codes come from official developer livestreams, the announcements channel of the official Mongil Discord, and the wider community. We rely on the community to flag retired codes so the list stays useful.
