Upon using a Support Skill or Tag-out Skill, Lightning DMG increases by an additional 3%. (Max Stacks: 3, Duration: 20s) Gaining the max of 3 stacks during the duration of the effect grants an additional Pulse effect. Pulse Special Skill DMG increases by 10%.
